I had been trying for over a week to get my phone back on track. For some reason my internet kept going on and off. I called customer service, they kept passing me from one technician to another. No results. So I tried a different approach and went to a satellite type store. When I got there I was greeted with a smile. Karen explained everything in detail so that even a novice like me could get it. She helped me change some things around and fixed me up with a secure way of using my mobile phone. It truly turned out to be a great day. I couldn't thank her enough. I left a happy man.

I went to the branch to get my Internet connection. I was in and out in a total of 30 minutes, which included me explaining to them what I need. They had the system ready for me to check out in 5 to 10 minutes and also gave me a free phone with service for one year because it was my first time. Extremely flexible, extremely understanding. I will definitely come here for my security system. Hector was the gentleman who took care of me.
